Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about YourIPTV.
What is IPTV?
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers TV content over the internet rather than through traditional satellite or cable. It gives you access to live channels, VOD, and catch-up TV on any device.
What devices can I use YourIPTV on?
YourIPTV works on Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony), Amazon Fire Stick, Android TV boxes, iOS and Android phones and tablets, MAG boxes, Enigma2 receivers, and PC/Mac. Basically any device with an internet connection.
How do I receive my IPTV credentials?
After successful payment, your M3U playlist URL and Xtream Codes login (username/password/server URL) will be emailed to you usually within 2 hours. Most customers receive them within 1 hour.
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD streaming and 25 Mbps for 4K. If you're watching on multiple screens simultaneously, multiply accordingly.
How many devices can stream at once?
Each subscription allows up to 2 simultaneous streams. If you need more, contact us about multi-connection plans.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can test all channels and features before purchasing. Visit our Free Trial page — no payment required.
How do I pay?
Orders are arranged directly over WhatsApp. Pick your plan, tap the WhatsApp button at checkout, and we confirm the plan and payment method with you in the chat. Your login details are sent in the same conversation, usually within minutes.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of IPTV services, we do not offer refunds after credentials are issued. We strongly recommend using the free trial first to ensure compatibility with your device and internet connection.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your service will stop working at the end of your subscription period. You'll receive a renewal reminder email 7 days before expiry. Simply purchase a new plan to continue uninterrupted.
Is YourIPTV legal to use?
YourIPTV is an IPTV reseller providing a streaming service. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with applicable local laws and regulations.
How do I set it up on my device?
After receiving your credentials, you can use apps like IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, GSE IPTV, or any M3U-compatible player. We provide a setup guide for all major devices — visit our Setup Guide page.
